1. Pulp making system
The pulping system refers to the process from paper to pulp. Usable pulp is achieved through soaking, breaking, stirring, pulping and other processes. The raw materials are various waste papers, newspapers, magazines, various paper products, etc.
2. Molding system
The molding system passes through our host machine - pulp molding equipment, and is then assisted by a positive and negative pressure system to evenly distribute the pulp on the mold, and then transfer the mold to the drying system.
3. Drying system
The drying system is a closed system with a conveyor belt inside. The wet product is transferred to the conveyor belt through a transfer mold, and is dried to a final state. The drying system can be heated by burning coal, wood, natural gas or electricity to achieve the purpose of drying. Drying can be divided into civil drying tunnels and steel drying tunnels.
4. Packaging system
The finished paper-plastic packaging is packaged by a baling machine, and the quantity, size, etc. of the package can be determined according to your own requirements.
5. Positive and negative pressure system
Provide positive and negative pressure for the host molding and transfer of semi-finished products.
